This miniature Edwardian house has 2 main rooms and an attic room. There is a side hallway with a staircase to the first floor, and a hinged front roof. The roof panel has an apeture behind each dormer roof to allow light to shine through the window. The English Terrace House measures 21-1/4"W x 18-1/2"D x 31-1/2"H. The room areas measure 11-3/4" x 14-3/4". The hallway and landing width is 6-3/4". The rooms are 9" high. The attic area is 18-3/4" x 14-3/4".
