Sometimes you need to cancel your order, we understand. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and we will refund you the full amount of the transaction.

If you need to cancel an order after 24 hours, unfortunately we must charge you a 20% restocking fee on the order total less shipping. The reason for this is that this is what the vendors we sourced your miniatures from will charge us.
