Please contact us for special orders. We will provide a quotation identifying your price, the minimum quantity and the lead-time expected. Please allow adequate lead-time since we do not carry inventory on all items in house.
- Only quantities over 15 of each item is considered for special order pricing.
- DO NOT checkout via the website for special orders, we will send you a special invoice for approved special orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & PayPal. If not using PayPal or credit card, items will not be shipped until the payment clears.
- There are NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS ETC on special orders at all with the exception of defect. You MUST report defects via phone or email with 2 business days of receiving your shipment.
- Signature Confirmation is required for ALL special orders. Tracking will be provided if possible.
- No Sales Tax is added, except for the state of Georgia. We cannot sell tax free because we DO NOT have or use a wholesale license.
- Make certain you include a proper email address and phone number as we will likely have more questions for you, so we can do a great job with your order.
- Prepayment is required before the item(s) will be ordered from the manufacturer regardless of account terms.
- Once a special order begins processing it CANNOT be canceled.
- All efforts to expedite a special order will be taken. We will be checking stock prior to sending your quote, however, ultimately time makes the inventory less likely to be available. Lead times may vary due to weather conditions, time of day the order is placed, inadequate pre-payment, or other credit issues.
- We provide an approximate shipping date for each Special Order item. We do our very best to ensure that your item is shipped on or before this date, but sometimes things can take a little longer than expected.
- Some items are only available in case quantities, which are determined by the vendor. We will contact you if your desired quantity does not meet the case minimum.
